Poptailor.com offers three kinds of products methods: bespoke clothing, products with customer measurements and products with standard sizes. Along with products, Poptailor.com offers measurement services at customer doorstep.


MEASUREMENT DETAILING

If customer opts to buy bespoke clothing, he/she has 2 options for measurements. Customer can either chose our measurement stylist visit or can provide his/her own measurements. If customer is choosing measurement visit, he/she  needs to provide address details, date and time to enable our measurement stylist for measurement detailing. Our Measurement stylist will make one attempt to take measurement detailing.


FREE SHIPPING

Poptailor.com offers free shipping across INDIA.


DELIVERY TIME

Poptailor.com will take maximum 10 days to deliver final product within INDIA. Ready made products will take 7 days to deliver. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, delivery might be delayed. Under any such circumstances, Poptailor.com representative shall inform the customer about delays in advance.


DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Poptailor.com will make three delivery attempts, if customer fails to collect the shipment; it is customer responsibility to make pickup arrangements.


RETURN POLICY

Poptailor.com will make products as per customer choice and as per their fit. If customer doesn’t like the product, he/she can initiate the return process and our representative will contact.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel the order within 24 hrs. after placing the order.  Customer’s amount will be refunded once cancelled. For bespoke clothing, cancellation can be done before measurements.


COMPLIMENTARY ALTERATIONS

Poptailor.com believes on individuality and exclusive products. We are passionate about providing perfectly fitted product. If you are not satisfied with our fit, you can contact us and we will do remeasurement and provide you the altered product. Customer needs to inform about the alterations of the product to Poptailor.com within 48 hours. Poptaior.com accepts products only in original conditions, if product is not found fit as per our standard, we will not accept and return the product back to you.


REVERSE SHIPMENT ATTEMPTS

Poptailor.com provides complementary alterations services if product does not fit to the customer. Poptailor.com will make 2 attempts to pick up the product from customer place, if customer fails to provide the product, he/she should dispatch the product as per given address.


UPDATE ON SHIPPING, RETURN AND SHIPMENT POLICY

Poptailor.com may modify, change, add or remove the provision in this category without prior notice. We advise customers to regularly visit our website to check the changes.
